Web design no-nos…
p
p style=margin-bottom: 0cmOK, seeing as I rarely write about web-design based things, here I go today with exactly that. /pp style=margin-bottom: 0cm;And today? I’m going to be talking about web-design no-nos. In other words, when you liaise with a web designer, here are a few things you really shouldn’t do. Don’t do these things and it’ll make the whole process run much more smoothly./pp style=margin-bottom: 0cm1) Don’t tell the graphic designer that you can’t move on certain things: whether it’s a web-site about a href=http://www.blclaims.co.uk/page/personal_injury_accidents_at_workwork accident compensation/a or a web-site about selling horses, it doesn’t matter ndash; some things will have to be flexible. Why? Well, simple: you don’t know anything about web-design and the designer does! So at all times you need to listen to what they are saying. They will then be more confident and easier to work with and generally the job will get done quicker. Another important point is that it will cost you less as so much less time will have been wasted!/pbrbr/p

2) Donrsquo;t get angry if the job takes longer than it originally would do: the nature of graphic design and web-design is that this can sometimes be the case. Rushing someone will only irritate them and that really wonrsquo;t help, trust me!br br 3) The job may come in at more or less than you originally expected. Why? Because more or less may have been done, more hours spent, less hours spent, that kind of thing. Itrsquo;s just the way life is sometimes so donrsquo;t get in a panic about it!br br/p

4) Donrsquo;t be surprised if the web-designer gets frustrated with you, especially if you are giving him the opinion of five different people and expecting him to come up with a miracle cure! This should go without saying me thinks.br br 5) Donrsquo;t keep sending emails. If you really need to speak to him or her then give them a call and do it that way. Itrsquo;s so much easier to communicate yourself by calling instead of just writing a really long email and bogging the professional down. After all, if they are busy reading and replying they are spending less time on your site!/p
